HALELUYA CHOIR ASSOCIATION LIMBE ZONAL COME TOGETHER AT P.C.C MOKINDI
ON THE 22 FEBRUARY 2009



The prebyterian church in Cameroon is the outcome of
the Basel mission( Now Mission 21) from Switzerland
that arrive Cameroon on the 23/12/1886. The presbyterian
church in Cameroon took over from Basel mission on the
13/11/1957 at Bali.

HALELUYA CHOIR ASSOCIATION(H.C.A).


The Haleluya Choir Association was founded in Bota Middlefarm.
The name was formulated by Rev Jeremiah Ambe and was inugurated on
the 17/03/1972 at Ekona Mbenge by the Rev Emmanuel Bambot, the
first badges of the association was produce in Switzerland.
The Aim Of The Association is to sing and praise the Lord
in all languages,
The Motto is serve the Lord in truth (JOSHUA 24:14)

while the salutation is Light of God lead us.

The Limbe zonal come together of the Haleluya choir association Fako
south Presbytary took place on sunday 22/2/2009 at Presbyterian
church Mokindi. During the come together 13 groups participated
with many Rev Pastors and Christains. The Rev Pastor in his sermon
preach on peace, reconciliation and the love of GOD. The south west
regional cometogether was held on the 18 and 19 of april 2009. at
Ekona Mbenge with theme, Regeneration Toward the Holy Spirit and the
Church. The Reve Achouwa Umenei who is the Spiritual leader of the
Haleluya Choir called on the Christians to be more mature, God Fearing
and committed in the service of God. The Haleluya Choir Bota and
Mokindi were champion in Singing and Bible quize competition.
Two Swiss attended the sermon at P.C Mokindi,namely Michel Pauli and Ruben Unteregger.
They were happy with the manner in which the preaching and singing was caried out.
Thus the Moderator of P.C.C Rt Rev Dr Nyansaku ni-ku was correct to say Africans
had to Evangelise in the Western world. This was done during the Golden Jubilee
Celebration of the P.C.C at Buea. This was also confirm by the Synod Clerk
Rev Dr Festus Ambe Asana in Bamenda on the theme you shall be my witnesses
( Acts 1 verse 8 )
During the Golden Jubilee celebration, the haleluya Choir association
was there in their numbers to grace the event through singing and dancing.
