Presentation of our school "Association of Linux Friends" local and radio internet for global
March 2008 we made a presentation of our school and it was a success.
from this time many things happened such as:celebrating the software freedom day, making internet radio
programs with the students of the school, teaching the students on webpage design,
networking, database mysql and php, Maintenace not leaving out Open-office programs like writer
and spreadsheet. Teaching linux in other towns like Yaounde, Kribi and Bamenda. We have also sensitize many people about the importance of linux and Information Technology by sharing the ubuntu CD'S to interested people who want to install beside we have install linux on the lap tops and desktop of many other persons. The biggest change is: we have internet connection in school to help make lessons and research by the students. For all these reasons we want to present our school the "Association of Linux Friends" to the population around Mokindi, Wovia, Botaland, Ngeme, Batoke all in Limbe. But we don't want to forget our friends all around the world, that's why we are making radio internet, so the people abroad can hear us and take part of this event with us.
Saturday the 10. January 2009 at 2 pm we make a presentation from our school of the Association of "Linux Friends" for the population around Sokolo, Mokindi, Wovia, Botaland etc during this event we will make radio internet from 15.00 to 16.00
to show the possibilites of communication with the internet.
