Pauli N. Chanceline attented the South West Rally on 28th of May 2011 in Kumba, this was at the grand stand building with the topic culture of peace base on Solidarity, Unity and Patrotism Dynamic engagement on development and to promote civic Responsibility in a sustanable manner as a way forward in national building. This rally was organised by the first vice National President of the Cameroon National Youth Council with the aimed of thanking president Paul Biya for offering 25000 job opportunity to the youths and to encourage the youth to be enterprissing.

The Divisional Delegate of Youth Affairs in Ndian was present, Mr Martin of Son News Paper was present, dance groups organised by the youths from the western Region of Cameroon and the South West Region were also present. The youths were reminded of the fact that the Cameroon National Youth Council is part of Government effort to address the problems of the youths. Some of the problems faced by the youth of Cameroon today were pointed out such as unemployment, veneral diseases, and HIV/AIDS. Members of the youth council in the South West Region who attended the conference included:

wheelchairs were offered to handicap persons and some organisations. the rally ended at 4:30pm, the above mention persons were taken to a retaurant for launch.
