The Divisional Delegate for small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Social Economy, and Handicraft, together with the Divisional Committee of COPES held a meeting with leaders of CIGs, NGOs, Women and Youth Associations, Mechanics, Hair Dressers, Hotel Managers, Farmers, Traders and Business persons of all domain, residing in LIMBE II Sub -Division on Monday the 13th of June at the Community Hall to complete the list of bureau members, this was because some members of Limbe II attented some two sessions meeting that was organise in Limbe I and since many people from Limbe II were not present, some three members from Limbe II were elected who now organised the above people seen on the picture to come for elections. Some people were against the fact that some members were given posses of responsibilities before the day of election, but it was concluded by the delegate that what has been done has been done.

The installation of the 15 members bureau was immediately after the elections.
