The End of year spirit of celebration and love has also been present at Linux Friends. In this light, the Association set aside Tuesday 17-12-19 as the day to celebrate the end of another year with its students. Activities such as Presentations, Motivational Talks, Singing of Christmas carol and Fashion parade was part of the day. The students from both the Advance class and Beginners Class did presentations on the various courses taught.
We also had a guest speaker by name Mr. Sakwe Emmanuel who sensitized the students on the importance of vocational training and the traininig they are getting from Linux Friends as he is also an Ex student of the Association.
Also, Results for the December 2019 Exams was also published. A two weeks break was given for both the students and the teachers. Classes resumes on 07/01.2020.
Notwithstanding, it will be very important for the scholarship scheme to continue as it has been for the passed two years, because many students who would have been in the university will like to spend quality time at the Association of Linux Friends. Due to the fact that most students can not afford financially, for their feeding, clothing, education, shelter and even health.

Linux Friends continue to thank Hansjörg Bhend and Peter Schneider (for their regular monthly contributions). Hansjörg Bhend who at the occasion of his 70th birthday party asked his friends to consider a donation for the Linux Friends Project and thus collected 1500 Swiss francs extra. In 2019 we further received important help from the board of the Friends of Anny Hug Association, from the Provitreff membership assembly, from Alfred Weidmann and Lucius Bachmann. Not forgetting Iris Vollenweider who always is there when we need her, and the many more who helped and supported us during 2019
