Technology For Development
On Friday 02 November, 2019 Linux Friends was invited to partake in the DEVFEST. An event organized by Google Development Group Limbe. This event held at the Limbe I council hall. The Association of Linux Friends was one of the presenters of the day. This event was centered around increasing female participation in technological development. The Advance class of Linux Friends had prepared presentations for this event.
The Presentations were as follows:A general presentation of what Linux Friends is all about by Enanga Toni, Rachel ofline software, Kiwix ofline software and Wikepedia french offline softwares by Kuh Shandrine, Robotics by Daniel Feuba, Security Camera by Teufack Christelle, Docker by Akama Robertine and Toebe Blandine. Linux Friends presentations was the best as all presentations were followed by demonstrations. That is to say hardware combine with software.
