Once again the Association of Linux Friends is proud to graduate her sixteenth batch of students this 16 July 2022. This year 2022, 30 students graduated; 25 from the Beginners class and 5 from the Advance class. The graduation ceremony was hosted at the Hall of the Association. This event was graced with the presence of Mr. Isaac Ikombe Mbua, who is the Delegate of Youth Affairs and Civic Education for Fako Division, Mme Machife Mary Assumpta, the Mayor of Bali-Kumbat, the parents of graduating students and other invited personalities.
In this light, there were presentations from the graduating students of the Beginners Class on Libreoffice programs (Awareness, Calc, Impress & Writer) and the Advanced Class on Robotics, Webpage design, Solar with bulbs and charger, Wireless Networks and Database.
Moreso, Linux Friends is different from other schools because here, we offer both Theory and Practcals. Linux Friends is working for the future and sustainance of both the Beginners and Advance classes. Yes we can do it, we have been doing it and will continue to do it.
We wish to appreciate the efforts of our Swiss Friends and everyone who assisted us financially, morally, physically, technically to make this academic year successful.
